Tag: Sao Paulo has been helping Diageo establish new best practices across their Sales and Trade divisions.
Through a well-elaborated set of catalogues and manuals created, end-to-end by Tag, Diageo is now reaching out to its distributors and sales people to guide them on how to better execute visual merchandise on the shelves, thus promoting their portfolio of brands and products.
To achieve an efficient communication with this audience, Tag created ´Adilson´, a character that has been creating a lot of empathy with Diageo teams and is helping them leverage the activities on the trade.
We have also developed 3D plans of the various on and off-trade environments to illustrate how products should be displayed. With all these put together into beautifully-designed layouts, and along with careful project management, Diageo is now enjoying higher consistency in the way they communicate with their internal stakeholders - and benefiting from better-implemented trade activities.
