RBS required a two-tier marketing solution:

  • To centralise all their group press/poster/direct mail marketing production activity with Tag


  • A central marketing and communications portal for all brand collateral accessible by all RBS markets, creative agencies and media agencies

Process
Tag act as central production agency for all RBS print, press and direct mail marketing activities. Tag also provided RBS with a bespoke online marketing portal. This system allows all parties in the RBS marketing process to collaborate, providing marketing management information and automating a great deal of the marketing process.
