Media and Creative Services

Tag has been named as the supplier for content production services on Lot 5 of Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6364 Media and Creative Services framework. Under the agreement, Tag will act as the agency of record for content production across the UK Government and public sector, over the next 4 years.

The win reflects the framework’s recent realignment of media and creative services, recognising the need for a more integrated, efficient and scalable production model. As the production partner, Tag will support the creation, adaptation and delivery of content for supporting departments and public sector bodies across all channels, ensuring consistency, quality and performance at scale.

Stephanie Parry, Senior Category Lead at CCS comments, “We’re pleased to strengthen our ongoing partnership with Tag through their recent appointment. This will provide public sector clients with a single production partner capable of supporting diverse requirements, and with delivering consistent, effective communications ensuring value for the nation over the term”.

Nick Fokes, Chief Client Officer at Tag says, “As media, creative, and production continue to converge, the ability to deliver high‑performing, insight‑driven content has never been more important. We’re proud to continue our partnership with CCS and its clients, building on the foundations of our existing contract and supporting the next stage of its evolution. This renewed agreement underscores the value of modern, scalable production models that drive efficiency without compromising on quality, and reflects our shared commitment to smarter, more agile content delivery across the public sector.”

Conrad Bird, Director of Cross-Government Campaigns at the Government Communication Service comments, "This appointment represents a significant step forward in how we deliver engaging communications across government. By working with a single creative production partner, we can ensure greater value for money, while maintaining the high-quality content the public expects across channels. This will help government communications achieve what matters most - reaching people and delivering real impact for citizens."

Tag’s appointment builds on its extensive experience as a trusted production partner, delivering high-impact content for complex organisations, combining creative craft with operational excellence, advanced production workflows and integrated media understanding.

CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
