Lancôme launched a major end-of-year national takeover campaign to introduce La Vie Est Belle Vanille Nude Eau de Parfum, fronted by Julia Roberts. The activation spanned 73 screens and included an immersive experience at Tottenham Court Road’s Central Line corridor, featuring large-format OOH print and oil-infused posters scented with vanilla. The client required creative guidance on how to integrate different product packshots across static and motion assets, seamlessly replace end frames in video content, and bring their vision of a dynamic split-screen execution to life. Additional complexity arose from rights limitations on original assets supplied by the creative agency, which made scaling designs to the required sizes challenging. After nine rounds of revisions, the team worked under tight timelines to ensure flawless delivery.
The Solution
Tag partnered with Lancôme and the creative agency to overcome these challenges. We provided creative consultation on product packshot integration and split-screen execution, adapted designs using Global’s templates, and resolved rights issues while preserving brand integrity.
Our team delivered final outputs for walls, ceilings, 6-meter posters, and multiple 12-sheet formats, enhancing the sensory experience with vanilla-scented prints. To guarantee quality, we attended installation, identified snags, and coordinated fixes with Global, ensuring the final execution matched the client’s vision.
