About the Project
To celebrate the LEGO® Botanicals collection across key seasonal moments, LEGO® launched an immersive pop-up on Floor 4 of Harrods.
Tag was briefed to design and deliver a high-end, immersive retail experience that elevated the LEGO® Botanicals range within a luxury setting. The activation needed to transition smoothly between Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, encourage dwell time and social sharing via interactive and photogenic moments, and balance creative ambition with real-world installation, space, and operational constraints.
The Challenge
As the project evolved, both LEGO® and Harrods refined expectations around luxury, immersion, and brand expression.
This elevated creative direction led to multiple iterations and a compressed production timeline requiring:

Tag delivered a refined, high‑impact retail experience that included:
A cohesive, premium pop‑up environment blending LEGO® Botanicals with natural floral cues
Interchangeable seasonal elements enabling seamless campaign transitions
Eye‑catching 3D features and standout photo moments to enhance visibility and shareability
Luxury‑grade materials and finishes to match Harrods’ in‑store aesthetic





The Result
The activation went live on 19 January and will be displayed through to early March on Harrods’ fourth floor. It received highly positive client feedback across both the execution and the collaboration involved. The team demonstrated creative resilience, cross‑functional partnership and consistently high‑quality delivery under pressure. The outcome stands as a strong example of how clever design, aligned workflows and close collaboration can bring brand storytelling to life in a luxury retail environment.
