The Challenge
Tag supported the Bridgerton campaign across two distinct phases, each with its own complexity. The first was an urgent, high‑pressure request that required full delivery within three days. The second phase followed a more standard timeline but included over 100 deliverables across five markets, significantly increasing scale and coordination requirements.
A major challenge was managing a three‑tier approval process involving local market teams, the Global brand team, and Netflix as the streaming partner. Feedback from all stakeholders needed to be consolidated and implemented quickly, while maintaining consistency across all assets.
Compounding this, the client had initially engaged another agency, which required three months to deliver the campaign assets. With fixed release dates already in place, the client turned to Tag at the final hour. We were tasked with rapidly adapting the campaign for four markets, creating a single 3D pack model supported by market‑specific label replacements. In total, 15 deliverables needed to be produced in just three days, while navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder approvals.
The Solution
To meet the accelerated deadline, the Tag team operated across three shifts, working seamlessly with the US‑based creative agency. We organised incoming assets, built the 3D pack model, and produced all market adaptations within the compressed timeframe. Despite the intensity of the schedule and the layered approval process, every deliverable was completed and approved on time, preventing significant commercial impact from missed pre‑booked media placements.

The Results
The client was highly impressed with both the speed and quality of delivery, praising Tag for successfully executing an exceptionally challenging brief under extreme time pressure. The project strengthened the client relationship and directly led to an increase in subsequent work across the wider business. Following the campaign’s success, Tag was commissioned to produce an additional 120 assets, reinforcing the client’s confidence in our agility, reliability, and creative excellence.
