Tag’s Content Engine (formerly referred to as DICE) Acceptable Use Policy

1.  Introduction

1.1  This Acceptable Use Policy (as updated from time to time) governs the terms of your access, as an Authorised User, to the Tag’s Content Engine Services. TAG’S Acceptable Use Policy aims at enabling creative expression while mitigating the risk of potential harm.

1.2 Defined terms in this Acceptable Use Policy shall have the meaning given in the Tag’s Content Engine Pilot Terms for Tag’s Content Engine Services and the same rules of interpretation apply.

1.3 Authorised Users are only permitted to use and access the Tag’s Content Engine Services as defined in the Agreement and in accordance with its terms. Use of the Tag’s Content Engine Services (or any part) in any other way, including in contravention of any policy or

restriction on use set out in this Acceptable Use Policy, is not permitted. If any person does not agree with the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy, they may not use the Tag’s Content Engine Services.

 2. Restrictions on use

2.1 As a condition of use of the Tag’s Content Engine Services, the Customer (on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and Authorised Users) and each Authorised User agree not to use the Tag’s Content Engine Services nor permit them to be used:

(a) for any purpose that is unlawful under any applicable law or prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy or the Agreement;

(b) to commit any act of fraud;

(c) to distribute any Malicious Code;

(d) for purposes of promoting unsolicited advertising or sending spam;

(e) to simulate communications from TAG or another service or entity in order to collect identity information, authentication credentials, or other information (‘phishing’);

(f) in any manner that disrupts the operations, business, equipment, websites or systems of TAG or any other person or entity (including any denial of service and similar attacks);

(g) to create Content with the aim of harassing, bullying, intimidating, defaming, or abusing others;

(h) in any manner that harms or may endanger minors or any other person;

(i) in connection with any service, use or purpose where the failure of the Tag’s Content Engine Services (or any part) may endanger the health or life of any person or cause damage or loss to any tangible property or the environment;

(j) to promote any unlawful activity;

(k) to represent or suggest that TAG endorses any other business, product or service unless TAG has separately agreed to do so in writing;

(l)  to gain unauthorised access to or use of any computers, data, systems, accounts or networks of any person;

(m) in any manner which may impair any other person’s use of the Tag’s Content Engine Services or use of any other services provided by TAG to any other person;

(n)  to attempt to circumvent any security controls or mechanisms;

(o) to attempt to circumvent any password or user authentication methods of any person;

(p) in any manner inconsistent with the Agreement or with the relevant User Manual or other instructions provided by TAG from time to time; or

(q) in any manner which does not comply with the provisions relating to Intellectual Property Rights contained in the Agreement.

2.2 TAG prohibits the following content and as a condition to use the Tag’s Content Engine Services, the Customer (on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and Authorised Users) and each Authorised User agree not to create, upload, modify or use in any manner the following prohibited Content on or in connection with the Tag’s Content Engine Services:

(a) Content that depicts, facilitates, or promotes child sexual abuse or the sexualization of children; we report any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) that we become aware of to the competent authorities and we indefinitely suspend all associated accounts;

(b) Content that facilitates minor grooming, including generating content designed to impersonate a minor;

(c) Content depicting child abuse or minor participation in harmful or dangerous acts; we also apply a stricter standard for potential harmful and inappropriate content (as outlined below) when a child is depicted;

(d) Content that depicts, facilitates, or promotes terrorism or violent extremism;

(e) Content that depicts graphic violence, or that incite violence;

(f) Content that depicts gore, such as dismemberment, beheadings, mutilations, and exposed organs/bones/muscle;

(g)  Content that depicts or promotes animal abuse;

(h) Content that depicts sexually explicit content, including fetish content;

(i)  Content that depicts adult nudity; in some cases, we limit sexually suggestive content;

(j) attempts to create or modify non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII);

(k)  Content that dehumanizes or promotes discrimination or violence on the basis of a protected attribute such as race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation;

(l)  Content that depicts, facilitates, or promotes self-harm, including disordered eating.

2.3 The above lists are not exhaustive, and our policies will continue to evolve over time as our Tag’s Content Engine Services and their use change.

 3. Linking and other intellectual property matters

3.1  As a condition of use of the Tag’s Content Engine Services, each Authorised User agrees not to:

(a) create a frame or any other browser or border environment around the content of the Tag’s Content Engine Services (or any part);

(b)  display any of the trade marks or logos used on the Tag’s Content Engine Services without TAG’s permission together with that of the owner of such trade marks or logos; or (c) use TAG’s trade marks, logos or trade names in any manner.

(c) use an individual's likeness without their permission, including both public and private figures

(d) use in any manner content that compromises the privacy of others;

(e) use in any manner content that may violate intellectual property rights of others;

(f) attempts to create content in the style of a known artist.

4. Instructions for use of AI Features

4.1 The use of AI Features on the Tag’s Content Engine Services is optional and solely at the discretion of the Customer or the Authorised User. The Customer and the Authorised User are solely responsible for reviewing the output generated on the Tag’s Content Engine Service for accuracy, avoiding bias and any form of discrimination or error. The Customer and the Authorised User understand that human review should be performed as necessary.

4.3  The Customer must ensure that no high-risk data is input into TAG’S CONTENT ENGINE. TAG’S CONTENT ENGINE is not intended for processing sensitive information and must not be used in a manner that creates High risk.

4.4  Human Review: TAG will provide personnel to conduct human reviews upon the Customer's request and cost.

4.5 Decision Making and Limitation: TAG’S CONTENT ENGINE shall not be utilized for decision-making purposes. It functions solely as a limited-risk AI system in accordance with the EU AI Act.

 5. Violations

5.1 Repeated violations of the Acceptable Use Policy, including repeated attempts to resubmit a flagged input, may lead to suspension of the account of the Customer and any Authorised User. If the Customer or the Authorised User believes that the account has been wrongly suspended, do not hesitate to contact us at di-support@tagww.com.

5.2  If the Authorised User encounters content on the Tag’s Content Engine Services that they believe violates any of these policies, please report it to TAG immediately by sending an email to AskSecurity@tagworldwide.com or global.privacy@tagworldwide.com.
